Location: the hotel was next to great restaurants and other attractions, Vancouver and the many areas of the city. Great to be 100 metres away from Tim Hortons, enjoyed our meal there. We stayed in boutique king room with a fireplace.
Although everything was very good, some of the staff were average.

Service that Truly Shines
Our room was spacious and elegant, with amazing views of the city. A fantastic experience all around!
Unfortunately, the heating malfunctioned on one chilly night. The staff's quick response was commendable, which alleviated our concerns.

Awesome room and service!
The room was super spacious and comfy. Staff went out of their way to help me settle in, awesome. Also loved the in-room breakfast! The only letdown was the parking situation. It could get a little tight during busy hours.

Quality of the accommodation, free upgrade to suite, friendly and attentive staff, very peaceful.
A very minor complaint, which I am sure was a temporary issue, I was unable to send a fax from the desk. The staff were very helpful in securing an alternative.

Friendly and helpful staff made our stay enjoyable.
The room was noisy. We could hear loud cars, motorbikes, and sirens. Unfortunately, the bed was uncomfortable, lumpy on one side, which just added to our discomfort .

An extremely welcoming and comfortable hotel with effective free internet, a very nice restaurant adjacent to it. Well appointed, good sized rooms, nice gym and outdoor pool and very nice communal bar/sitting room

Hotel and suite were immaculate and beautifully appointed with heater/fireplace, fresh flower (orchid) perfect bed, full kitchen in our suite. Compares very favorably with any place we've been for the price. Super friendly and accommodating staff. Elevators required a sescurity card, a great idea. W/D in suite also.
There is not a thing that we thought they might improve on, and there usually is something when we travel.
